When will these jerseys ship?
- We expect to begin shipping on September 16, 2024.
- Orders will be shipped in the order they were placed.
How will I get my jersey?
- Jerseys will be shipped either via UPS or USPS, depending on the customer's preference.
- Customers may also select to pick up in-store rather than have their order shipped.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes! Jerseys will be available for pick-up starting in September 2024, on the same day as shipping will begin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with UPS and USPS.
Can I use my Orange Alliance Season Ticket Member discount?
Yes! If you have an existing account and have received the discount code, it will be applicable to the jersey only.
If you do not have an account or code, please register using the OA Discount Form.
This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Can these jerseys be customized?
Yes, but at this time we are not offering customization. Please check back during the Anaheim Ducks' preseason.
Is stitching available?
At this time, we will not be offering stitching.
Will my jersey have the Western National Property Management sponsor patch?
- Authentic jerseys will feature a Western National Property Management patch on the upper right chest.
- The contract is limited to Authentic jerseys only.
- Breakaway Replica orders will not have a patch.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
As long as the jersey has not been shipped, yes, the order can be modified.
Are exchanges allowed?
Yes, provided the item is still in the original packaging and is in new and unused condition.
If I order other items, will they ship separately?
- No. If you would like to order other items, please place a separate order.
- Anything ordered with a pre-ordered jersey will ship along with the jersey in September 2024.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of purchase.
