All Sale, Game-Used, and Customized items are final sale and non-refundable.  

NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return/exchange products, provided the item is still in the original packaging and is in new and unused condition. Please contact us with details of your return/exchange prior to sending your items back.  

  • If a mistake was made in your order, or you received a damaged item, please email us. Please include your order number with your inquiry.
  • All returns must be sent by mail. No returns can be processed at the Anaheim Team Store at Honda Center.
  • A label will only be provided if the order error was made by Anaheim Team Store. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns/exchanges.

For returns, a full refund for the item and applicable taxes will be issued. Shipping will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

NOTE: We do not accept returns for purchases made at the Anaheim Ducks Team Store.

Please allow up to five days from receipt of your package for a credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
