NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return/exchange products, provided the item is still in the original packaging and is in new and unused condition. Please Contact Us (https://anaheimteamstore.com/pages/contact-us) with details of your return/exchange prior to sending your items back.
- If a mistake was made in your order, or you received a damaged item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include order number with your inquiry.
- All returns must be sent by mail, no returns can be processed at the Anaheim Ducks Team Store at the Honda Center.
- A label will only be provided if the order error was made by Anaheim Team Store. For returns/exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
For returns, a full refund for the item + applicable taxes will be issued. Shipping will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
NOTE: We do not accept returns for purchases made at the Anaheim Ducks Team Store.
