Shipping policy

International orders 

The Anaheim Team Store ships to international addresses!

By submitting an order, the customer is accepting responsibility for all import fees, customs, duties, and taxes. 

Domestic shipments

All UPS GROUND* orders will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days and shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with a UPS label. 

EXPRESS* shipments (2-Day or Overnight) will be shipped on the same day if order is placed before 2 p.m. PT. Any order placed after 2 p.m. PT will be shipped the following business day. A “business day” is defined as any non-holiday (U.S.) Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.

P.O. BOX* orders will ship through USPS First Class. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Rush delivery will not be recognized for P.O. Box orders.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. 

Presales and pre-orders

PRE-ORDERS will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the expected ship date. Please make note of the expected shipment date on the product page; presales may begin several months before items are in stock.

 

*Please note that the listed timeline in checkout does NOT include processing time. Once an address has been input, UPS calculates the transit time once the package is received by UPS.
