Fanatics 30th Anniversary Jersey FAQs

  • When will these jerseys ship? How will these be shipped?
    • These jerseys will begin shipping Early 2024. Orders will be shipped in the order they were placed, orders are not guaranteed before the holidays. 
    • Jerseys will be shipped either via UPS or USPS, the customer's preference.
    • Customer can select to pick up in-store rather than have it shipped.
  • Can I use my OA discount?
    • Yes, if you have an existing account and have received the discount code, it will be applicable to the jersey only. If you do not have an account or code, please register using the OA Discount Form. Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
  • Can the 30th Anniversary patch be added to this jersey?
    • No, the 30th Anniversary patch will not be worn on this jersey by the team, therefore we cannot add this patch. 
  • Can these jerseys be customized?
    • Yes, but at this time we are not offering customization.
  • Is stitching available?
    • At this time, we will not be offering stitching online. In-store rules may vary, you can contact the Team Store at 714-940-2990 for options.
  • Will my jersey have the Western National Sponsor Patch?
    • No, the contract is limited to Authentic jerseys only.
  • Will Authentic jerseys be available for purchase still?
    • At this time, we are only pre-selling replica Fanatics jerseys. Authentic jerseys will only be available once they’ve become available in-store.
  • Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
    • As long as the jersey has not been shipped, the order can be modified.
  • When will I be charged?
    • At the time of purchase. 
  • Can I pickup in-store?
    • Yes, the jerseys will be available for pickup starting Early 2024. Same day as shipping will begin. 
  • Is there international shipping?
    • Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with UPS and USPS. 
  • Are exchanges allowed? 
    • Yes, provided the item is still in the original packaging and is in new and unused condition. 
  • If I order other items, will these ship separately?
    • Yes, if you would like to order other items please place a separate order. Anything on the order with a Pre-Ordered jersey will ship along with the jersey in Early 2024.
